The Bond you build with your Training Partner
The Bond you build with your training partner is one of a kind! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is translated into the gentle art. It is known for its ability to submit an opponent using leverage and tactical Brazilian Jiu Jitsu technique. BJJ does not rely on one’s ability to beat the enemy using speed and strength. Often times in BJJ training centers you will see people tapping the mat indicating that they have been beaten. They submit because their training partner has used his Jiu Jitsu Technique wisely to lock his opponent in a position that either hurts him or chokes him.
Being that you have submitted to your training partner, you trust that he will let go when you tap out. This allows for you two to continue to study and practice your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu technique once again on a neutral level. This trust that you build for your training partner is one of a kind. You know that at any given point in time he had the ability to break you or kill you and he didn’t. It isn’t until you immediately recognize that you may have been killed that you realize who you can and can’t trust.
Trusting your Training Partner!
This bond you build with your training partner strengthens the more you grapple with him or her. It is a great bond measures deeper than a thought. It is a physical trust as well. Thus training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu technique to your children is highly effective. It is a great tool for a parent to use to bond with their children as well as exercising them. Not only is it a good source of physical bonding but the bond you gain when you train with your daughter or son will increase on an emotional level as well. Your children will not only respect you, but, you will respect your children as well. Pride will take effect as you nurture the bond you gain with your kids when training with them. As a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu artist I will continue to teach and train with anyone in my family or my friends openly as I feel it is a blessing for one to achieve that special bond you have with your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team and training partners.
Your Child as your Training Partner and the Legacy YOU CREATE!
I highly recommend parents to learn and train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu strategies with their children and their children’s children. Those children will teach their children and soon enough you have a legacy. Something your family can take pride in for generations to come. The children will increasingly gain more confidence and in turn, achieve higher success in all other aspects of their life. They won’t have to worry about bullies and will be able to focus on the main task at hand with fewer distractions. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has consumed my life and I love it, without Brazilian Jiu Jitsu I don’t know where I would be right now.
